It's from University of California Television (UCTV) so it's a proper resource! Not trying to scare anyone off sugar!
 
Ok, now that I'm not asleep on my feet. - really interesting lecture. It ties in with stuff I've seen/read from other doctors and researchers who are looking at wider metabolic issues.

I certainly will be checking everything I eat for fructose and high fructose corn syrup and avoiding it like the plague! He said very encouraging things about the paleo way of eating and it's effects on T2- even though this wasn't a lecture on diet.

Made lots of sense. - it's over an hour long but I'd recommend people watched it in its entirety if they can.
