I had turkey (at last the turkey is gone...) stew this evening. My husband put cranberries in which are dried and have sugar in them. I tested at 1/2 an hour - 5.9. at 1 hour 5.6 and at 2 hours 4.7. these levels are better than when I eat low carb/no sugar which confused me. I did find the stew quite sweet though so my tastes have changed.
