If only there was a blueprint diet that existed.</p><p>Read posts that are helpful to you and use your meter to devise a plan that you can tolerate.</p><p>Remember that you are changing your habits and this has to be a new way of eating. Don't look upon it as a diet because you will get fed up with it.
