I had both hips replaced October and the other December, my sugars have always been good between 3mmol to 6mmol, wake up on a morning 4 t 5 ish odd occasion wake up around 10 or 12 but only after Chinese or Indian the enermy lol, I've been like that from age 18 to 43 and now on a morning it's 14ish trouble is if my sugar goes above 10 it always makes my legs feel really stiff. Started eating less more night time insulin but some how still been high. I'm in the gym every day so I'm just as active as always. If I wake and it's 14, have insulin with no food it still climbs, but if I have insulin and eat then it will slowly start dropping. If anyone has any opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated thanks
