Suitability for an insulin pump

I think any t1 is suitable for a pump. It comes down to if you’d like to choose to wear one.

If only that were the case. Still have to fit the strict criteria. And as with all things, each CCG is different. It would help with my DP and early morning resistance but I still don’t qualify here in Leeds. Luckily I don’t want one, but many in my position might. It would still be a no!

I live in a country where if you want one, and if you can get a prescription for it, you can get one. That’s enough need.

For my first pump, I really didn’t want it. But it was time- I couldn’t control my basal insulin dose.
