Summer time pump blues

It's getting hot and sunny. My pump is black and I am wearing it outside my clothes (clipped outside my body). How long before my insulin turns to fried eggwhite?

Have you tried covering it up or am I drunk again and missed the obvious.

When I'm in Symi, Greece (in 3 weeks time - yeahh) I wear it outside clothes and then I just have a bandana or cotton scarf draped over it when walking about. The insulin continues to work fine but I may look incredibly silly rather than the cool - who knows....and who cares!!
