Hi everyone, does anyone have any advice for a fairly new type 2 diabetic going on holiday to Jamaica. Any issues or things to be wary of would be great. Any advice really.
Thanks, Mark

Slap on the sunscreen, and drink lots and lots of (bottled) water. Be careful of the local fire water, and rum punch. They make it strong. Oh, and wear a hat. (Do I sound like your mother yet?)

The islands are coming into the humid heat of the summer, and increasing rain, so plenty of cooool clothes and mosquito repellant.
