The last couple of days have horrendous. as soon as the sun comes out my arms burn and I get tiny little pimples, like goose bumps, all over my arms. Should I go to my GP about this as it itches like mad and no cream seems to help ??

Could be prickly heat but I would see your gp if as it's causing you concern. Try and cover any exposed skin with suncream to avoid this happening again.......and wear a hat!!!

Its prickly heat, I've been allergic for years. Get some high factor sun cream, don't go in the sun so often or cover up, and get some calamine lorion, also some antihistamines to stop the itch. Works for me.
