Supplements for phobia

Hi all
Im T1ner trying to see if there anything safe for me to take during these summer months for my bee and wasps phobia.
If anyone else who has a phobia or similar to mine id love to hear what you can safely take.

Hi - I have the same issues and many more lol but I find if I don't wear perfume when out in summer, or use fragrance free products then I am less likely to be harassed! The bumble bees are not the problem for me or honey bees, its the wasps I end up running around like a loon much to the hillarity of the general public. Its not a nice phobia I know.
