Surgery

I had an abdominal myomectomy 7 weeks ago.

I had 2 large fibroids and constant bleeding after a hysteroscopy.

Surgery went ok, but I got dizzy and put this down to the anaesthetic.

I am unsteady on my feet and get really bad vertigo after being up and about for few hours.

I went back to work last week scare witless i would fall over.

I booked an appointment with my gp for friday and thought i should monitor my blood sugar before referral to neurology.

after increasing my fast acting insulin by 1ml only I have started to feel better in two days.

Has anyone had this before

I was thinking it was low sugars. I am keep tight control and diary notes, so I can be referred for dafne
course.

Medications have not changed, had tablets for infection control and finished that course.

Saw my gp and she still thinks I may have had a mild stroke during surgery.

my numbers are from 5-10 at highest 5.3 is my hypo low. Take levemir and novorapid

I have had problems with tingling on my left side, but since surgery, m balance is affected and I vere to the left when I am walking, unless I concentrate hard.

I am getting used to the dizziness went back to work 2 weeks ago
