I was struggling to think of something to have for dinner tonight when I spotted these in Tesco:

Chicken wrapped in prosciutto, stuffed with peppers and gruyere cheese and topped with parsley. Had it with some roast celariac and it was absolutely delicious :)

Here's the food label - only 0.1g carbs per serving!

here's the ingredient list - surprisingly short for a ready meal!

Sounds lovely, I will have a look, but only have a smaller Tesco metro near me, :hungry:

This sounds lovely, other than the prosciutto, maybe i can take that off and replace with romaine leaves. I will be in the UK for 5 months and am really having difficulty finding low carb meals, unless I purchase the ingredients and make it myself. That may not be an option for me daily. Is low carb not a thing for diabetics in the UK? I noticed a lot of sites stating for diabetics, but it's low fat. Is it possible keto or low carbohydrate are not the key words used? Do you shop at certain stores? Any suggestions? Tha nk you for any advice you can give me.

This would be great if it didn’t have sunflower oil :( Does it have any sweeteners in it? Asking for a friend! :p
