I have just completed the online survey received through the app.
It's rather self-serving / self congratulatory perhaps but if the results do get published widely, hopefully it will contribute to overall understanding of the condition, it's complications and treatments - particularly with regard to the early stages of doctor / nurse consultations.
Overall I was pretty complimentary about you lot!

We're having four nights in a holiday cottage in Northumberland (NE England). An area we've always wanted to visit. Wife, me and dog - one bedroom each! I'll perhaps do a daft little report which might pique your fancy (can I say that?).
I'll tell the local butcher you referred to him as a pesky foreign carb - after I've purchased something suitable!
