Any dark choccie 70% or above. Try 70% and build up to higher percentages. Tescos Swiss 72% is a fave and I have 2 squares. Nibble off a corner. Suck it till it melts in your mouth. Repeat until 2 squares gone. Takes ages and you'll feel sated. Enjoy.Thanks guys,will be checking those suggestions out!!
I make the pudding about once a week. Ice cream is also easy if you have a food processor. Here's my ice cream recipe. You can't freeze it so what you make you must eat. Per person: 100g frozen berries blitzed in the processor until tiny bits. Add 100ml double cream and 1 tsp sweetener. Blitz till ice cream. And best of all totally ok when following LCHF!Thank for the info @Scandichic, I'm trying a low carb diet at the min and seems to be working, still trying things out though!! I've also got no idea if it is carb craving either @jack412 I suppose I thought it could be sweet stuff as that's what I miss most,
