Hi there - I wonder if anyone can clear this up for me...
I have been following a low carb diet for the past 2 weeks and I've noticed that each evening now I am getting a 'sweet' taste towards the back of my mouth. I've assumed it's ketosis? (Which, I think, means fat-burning mode?)
I only notice it in the evenings, so does that mean I am not in fat-burning mode for the rest of the day? And if so, why might that be?
Thanks!
(Newbie, Type 2, no meds, LC diet of between 50-70g carbs/day, reading today before dinner of 6.3)
