Hello everyone, I swim 5 day in a week, but I don't know which swimming exercises I must do(for ex. freestyle, butterfly, back side)? can you help me?

If it was me I would stick with freestyle, breast stroke, and mix in some kicking only and arms only stuff using flutter boards.
Butterfly is intense! So be careful with your sugars when starting out.
Be sure you don't over do it and check your BG levels whenever your feeling odd, just to ensure you don't go low. Or high

I dont swim up and down all the time,I do exersizes,I think as long as your moving anything is fine.
