Can you tell us what you did to make your feet swollen and bruised? How are your blood sugars?

Are you able to see a medical practicioner should that prove necessary? ( As a T1 I am always a bit wary about possible foot complications though so far all my injuries have come good.)
Hi EllieM, having a whale of a time!!! Think it was either the flight or the heat. Bloods have been really good, which I’m really surprised at!! Think there is only a pharmacist, but spoke to him & English not very good, he couldn’t suggest anything. Only keep my feet up in the evenings.
