I have never encountered swollen feet after eating but sometimes feel warm - have you tested to see what your blood sugar is doing at the time - i have found mine not rising post meal

is it happening every meal ? are they staying swollen all the time ?
i noticed from your profile you are on your feet all day with your job.
from my ancient and a long time ago past , one of the things ( of many ) that was stressed to me was always to keep my feet warm and in socks and shoes. ( i know maybe not completely fashionable considering what you do for a living ).

could your feet be getting cold during the day ( are you near a draft or the door for example ) and then warming again in the evening ?

If you're on your feet a lot, could it be the act of sitting down to eat rather than the eating itself?

If they are getting swollen and warm painful or discoloured skin appearance ?

Best to seek your GP's advice on this .

Your feet keep you going - you need to give them the best care that you
possibly can .
