Type 1 Swollen hands

Hi,

I’m a type 1 diabetic and I am just wondering if anyone else has swollen hands? Mine swell so bad I can’t clench a fist or hold anything. This happens when I’m hot or cold too sometimes.

51 years on insulin in Oz.
Hi. Best to see a doctor to sort it out.
I get stiffness of my hands but not swelling.
I get an impression that my hands are distorted in size during some hypos, but that is due to brain dysfunction, not physical swelling.
