No one here can tell you that I’m afraid, firstly we are not allowed to diagnose on the forum, secondly it could be any number of things either related or not to diabetes. The best thing to do is make an appointment with your GP to discuss it with them
 
Hi and welcome. We can't tell you the answer - you need to see your doc. I had quite a lot of water retention and oedema when my BG was abnormal, but what I had is no guide at all to what you have.

Get it checked.
