symbicort inhaler

I have read on another thread that using a symbicort inhaler would increase bs levels. My first hbc1a was 46 and the GP said that my glucose level had risen fairly quickly. I wonder if this was when I started the symbicort? There was obviously a problem too as when I changed my diet (LCHF) my Hba1c dropped to 40. If I am using my symbicort inhaler will my daily bs level results be higher than if I wasn't using the inhaler?
