Hi
I'm planning on going dog sledging around Mongolia and was wondering if anyone has advice on how to keep my insulin and monitor at a workable temperature. I will be experiencing tempretures around -30 to -40 degrees and can't find the right information. Any advice would be great.

Hello,

Can't find much conclusive wrt keeping insulin from freezing. Most wallets seem to provide protection from high temperatures. I did find this however:

You may want to consider carrying your insulin and meter in an inside pocket, as close to your skin as possible? Hopefully this way your bodyheat could provide enough protection from the outside environment.

Good luck!
