Hi,
Was hoping to do a Triathlon very soon I’m currently in training however has anyone done one with T1D ? What’s the best way to mange yourself over a pond period of time ( any tips or advice would be amazing ) eventually working my way up to doing an Ironman. But once again I’m finding it hard locally to get advice
