T2 can be reversed

I have maintained a non diabetic Hba1c for approx 8 years and my new DN finally confirmed I was in remission in May this year.

Thanks. I tend to eat lower carb foods and, by testing my reactions to foods, I have established what I can eat ie not raise my BS too much. I still test my BS most mornings and also occasional foods just to ensure that my reaction to them is the same. I’m also fairly lucky in that I can tolerate more carbs than many T2s so I still enjoy foods such as bread, albeit low carb, potatoes and the occasional cake.
