T2 night sweats

Hi, I also have extreme night sweats but in my case they're certainly not caused by medication, because I'm not on any. It's not high BGs - I've been in remission for three years.

I have some evidence from Libre which tends to confirm that my sweats coincide with sharp BG falls while asleep. Otherwise I can't find anything that either causes or prevents the sweating. They seem to happen for a few months and then pause for a few months before starting again. At the minute I'm having them - they started (this time) in March, after nothing since September 2022.

I'd really like not to have them.
