T2 on insulin, high sugar levels

Hy I'm using insulin previously when my sugar levels were high i got control in my sugar levels.now past two months i shifted to tablets and when i checked my sugar levels it's worse again.so i started on old insulin only my suaar levels before is 245 after food it's 444.what to do should i increase the dosage level of insulin.previously i was taking 4-6-4and night long acting 12.

Hi @sadiq ahmed , welcome to the forum.

We cannot give you advice on your insulin doses on the forum, but can you contact your doctor today?
This after food number is dangerously high, has it come down a bit already?
 
You really do need to see your doctor with those readings. As you said "on old Insulin", perhaps it's past it's use by date, and even more reason to see your doctor.
