I am T2 suffering with ED. Just after some advice I have been given Viagra by doctor and seems to have little or no effect. Is there a best way to take it. I know it will be a mental thing as well but just wanna know if there is anything else I can do. My wife of 18 years is very understanding which helps but still fairly young so just wanna know if there is still hope

Not an issue I struggle with myself, having different bits, but.... If it's a diabetes thing, the first port of call would be to try and get your blood sugars in the normal range, if you haven't already. That should, if all goes well, get the blood flow to improve. https://josekalsbeek.blogspot.com/2019/11/the-nutritional-thingy.html might help some in that respect, assuming you're on metformin only and not on the likes of gliclazide (then you'd possibly hypo when cutting carbs). Can't advise on the best moment to do anything with a blue pill, but surely others'll be along who are markedly more knowledgeable than I, in that respect.
Thanks for the reply I am on sukkarto 4 tablets daily diapagflozin 1 tablet then ramipril for my blood pressure. Only been diabetic 6 months well when I first found out.
