T2s in 'remission' - what is your max carbs per day? Any complications?

When eating out I try to choose something low carb but if I cant I don’t worry too much about eating more carbs than usual - it’s a ‘one off’ and my BS seems to come down to normal levels reasonably quickly.</p></blockquote><p></p>
