Self absorbed and rude people! Motorists who are oblivious to the rest of the world, and really don't give a ****!
Does anyone else think
Tai Chi is good for body and mind of disbetics? I used to go some years ago and really enjoyed it but life got in the way / mainly work and I was paying for something I could often not get to. Since retired and diagnosed T2 - been under weather of late and losing momentum in diet and exercise now thinking of going back to Tai Chi.

I've done tai chi and qi gong for about 2 years now and have to say both are a great exercise that's non strenuous for the body.

In terms of mind, it definitely helped me see things in a different way - more energy flows and positivity so id say do it!!! :)

Thanks for reply Nofan - I did a little QI Gong and found it fascinating and insightful - think I'll definitely look at going back with my old teacher - as he was very knowledgeable.
