130mg/dl (7,2 mmol) this morning.

Seem to be running a little higher since yesterday. Not diet related as I have not had that much to eat at all

Perhaps a rectian to the colonoscopy/gastroscopy having my innards stirred about.

Did not sleep very well either. Feeling of restlessness slight discomfort. Probably after the event stress attack.

Another 110mg/dl (6,1 mmol) this morning.

Up early, had a wonder round the garden to see what is in bloom . Terribly hot in the last few days. We broke the record for the hottest ever day in May three days in a row. It now stands at a scorching 43 degrees centigrade.

Decided to skip my morning walk. Too warm anyway even this early in the morning.

Weekend coming up and I would love to go to our beach house but I suspect that we will have to stay in Nicosia as my son still has to study for his end of year exams.
