soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I find bought salad dressings greasy

Make this one in a glass measuring jug
50ml cider vinegar ( or white wine)
1/2 tsp salt
few twists peppermill
stir and leave to stand a few minutes for pepper flavour to develop.
1 tsp Splenda
1 level tsp made English mustard
whisk to mix thoroughly
50ml good olive oil
whisk until it thickens.
You can double the quantities and keep in a tight lidded container. shake well before use.
If you use a stick blender, it will thicken well.

Hi Hana,
That sounds really nice. If you left it at a more runny consistency it would also make a good marinade for BBQd steaks or home-made burgers.

Dennis
It' not too thick for a marinade, but it might be a bit vinegary
