Folks,
someone recommended Matso crackers, but I find them slightly tasteless.
So I looked around for something with a bit of flavour and I came across
Rakusens Herb and Onion Baked Wheat Crackers. (Very similar to Matso they are in a light green box).
They are very tasty and 4.1g per cracker, great with anything savoury.
Only problem is, my non-diabetic wife has become addicted to them!. (Alright for her, she doesnt have to limit herself to 2 at a time!!).
Sold at Morrisons.
