When people who know nothing about the LCHF diet tell me I'm killing myself being on it. I was killing myself not being on it!
We had a good tea at 5.45pm, then we went for a walk along a beach, up into the marshy grass area and it was like a workout at the gym! I'd tested my BG at 3pm and was 6.4 (that was after a 3 mile bike ride home) forgot to test before tea at 5.45pm After walk this evening it was 8.8 Is it ok to eat some brie and ham for supper, only a small amount? Don't normally have supper, but after the walk I'm hungry.

Are you really hungry, or just think you are? I rarely feel hungry, but when I do I drink water or maybe a cup of tea. The walk may well have raised your levels. It does mine. Test again nearer bedtime.

I'm just having a cuppa. I've not felt hungry on the LCHF diet, so I think you are right, it's all in my mind after the walk. I'll head off to bed and that'll take my mind off the brie and ham!
