Hi all,
I'd like to know forum members experiences with a company called TeamBloodGlucose, or TeamBG . . .
From their website I paid for some sports clothing last year, but it never arrived. For weeks I've tried e-mailing them and calling their contact number . . . but all my attempts at communication just get ignored.
I'm wondering if others have had similar experience?
I tried getting the money back from my bank, but they said that too much time had passed since the transaction was made.
During the transaction, when TeamBG answered my e-mails, their story was that they needed to collect the orders & payments from a number of customers in order to then proceed with large order to their suppliers. At the time it seemed plausible enough and I didn't worry about it . . . but it now seems like this is just a scam.
Anybody have good or bad experiences with TeamBG ?
