Hi there. I'm newly diagnosed and am really keen to access the low carb dashboard, but the page keeps coming up as unavailable. Is anybody else having issues?

Do you have a link to the page you'rer trrying to access? Apologies, I'm not totally clear which area you're having issues in.

Yes I'm clicking on the low carb link on the home page of diabetes.co.uk and it comes up as a "page unavailable" as a generic "Edge" message. I'll try a different browser I think.

I have tried every low carb link I can find and they are all working .. have you got in to the area you want yet ?
 
@bretto66 - If you try another browser, if you have one available to you, would you let me know how you get one.

Finally, if you're using a laptop/PC, could you try restarting it. If you still experience issues then, I'll refer it to the techies.

Sorry you're having some problems. We've just checked and it seems to be working, so wonder whether it's a local issue. Could you PM a screenshot on this thread or email elizabeth@diabetes.co.uk a screenshot and we'll get onto it tomorrow!

Thanks all and sorry for the late response. I fixed the problem by changing my browser. Edge was the problem. Chrome works well.

Hi AndBreathe. Yes it was a browser issue. Changed from Edge to Chrome and all fixed!

Whilst supremely irritating for you, it's good to know your issue is resolved.
