Hi Andy - I'll be happy to help, but depending on the detail of your issue, may need HO techies to help out.

In order to get to that level of detail, could you please email a brief description and a screen shot/snipping tool clip of the error you see, or the screen displayed when you experience the issue? If you could email that to forum@diabetes.co.uk , someone will get back to you.

If the HO techies are required, that response may be on Monday.

In the meantime, thankfully you can still log in via Facebook.
