Techy Help Please!

Hi,

I must have made an error when signing up somehow, I signed up through FB so I don't actually have a password, but when I go to set a password it keeps telling me that the second password entry needs to match, even when it does!

Not a major issue as I can still access the site and forums by logging in through FB, but mildly annoying as I am unable to log into the Android App.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Hi Andy - I'll be happy to help, but depending on the detail of your issue, may need HO techies to help out.

In order to get to that level of detail, could you please email a brief description and a screen shot/snipping tool clip of the error you see, or the screen displayed when you experience the issue? If you could email that to [email protected] , someone will get back to you.

If the HO techies are required, that response may be on Monday.

In the meantime, thankfully you can still log in via Facebook.
