Hi everyone
i’m type 2 on medication and i am constantly hot. I never feel the cold. The weather is rubbish at the moment but i am still red hot! is this a diabetic thing
Also i never sweat, even after a good workout. i don’t feel that’s normal, any tips?

Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water. I am low carb with Empagliflozin. My water intake isn’t always enough. If you’re working out you’ll need to make sure you drink enough water. I occasionally go hot, why no idea. Also feel the cold ‍
 
Just remember not all symptoms we get are caused by our diabetes. Maybe a visit to your GP is called for. I was in your situation last year and it turned out to be something totally unconnected.
