I'm away from home in Wales saying with family. they are the kind of people who like to go out to eat fairly ofen.
I am carrying a few Starlix tablets with me. It would be so simple just to take them and eat crusty bread and chips with everyone else.
I'm not giving in so far, but it's tempting.
I did bring a low carb cheesecake down here with me, which we had for dessert yesterday. It was fabulous.
