As you have a number of pre-existing conditions, one of those may have gone a bit off-plan too.I suggest you get yourself back to your GP and seek his opinion.  A good broad panel of blood tests is usually a decent starting point, making sure things like blood glucose, HbA1c, thyroid and vitamins are in there. It'd also be good to have your blood pressure taken. I appreciate that your symptoms are concerning for you, but nobody here can diagnose you. Good luck with it all, and don't panic.</blockquote>
