Test Strips for Metres

Likely this has been asked before but I was not able to find an answer

Test strips: can any make of test strip be used with a metre (GlucoRX Nexua) or will I be tied to strips from the metre's manufacturer?

Are all test strips designed to same spec or are some more preferred over others?

Yes you will be tied to the strips for that particular meter it is the same with any meter they all have their own strips If you want a cheaper option then the Codefree meter is used by many here as the strips for that one are the cheapest. These are available from Amazon or direct from www.homehealth-uk.com
