Normal is supposed to be ;
Systolic: 110 - 140mmHg
Diastolic: 70 - 90 mmHg
Generally the doctors like your BP (for a diabetic)to be below 135 so your reading should be something like 135/80.

hi all when i had my blood pressure taken on monday it was 130/85 i was told for a diabetic that was borderline and to keep an eye on it

The NICE guidelines for diabetics is 130/80 or less. If you are consistantly above that your doc will probably try and put you on tabs for it.
