Testing Times

I was late tonight getting a reading, when I remembered it turned out to be three hours post prandial

My reading was 4.3 - most of my 2 hour readings vary somewhere between 7.2 and 6.4 dependent on carbs consumed and my fasting bg is never lower than 5.2 .... anybody have an answer for why it was so low tonight ?

could be anything from a nice low read to a random off low read.

Because we dont test all the time we dont know how low/high we go the rest of the time. The reason you may have got a lower than fasting bg read could be down to the dawn phenonemon.
