testing

sorry need more advice on testing.

I take 2x500mg metformin and 1x 80mg gliclazide with dinner, my question is with my pre dinner reading being 5.2 should i still take meds as i am trying new food to see if i can eat it without spiking or should i leave meds till later to get a proper reading?

Are your meds giving you any adverse side effects? If not, I would keep on them for now, and keep a log of all of your results. Then after a couple of weeks, try without and see what happens to your blood sugars.
