I have been told to test 4 times day, before breakfast, lunch, dinner and before bed which I have been I take my med ok but the last month I haven't been testing as don't seem to be able to remember to do it, I want to but just think to my self I'll do it in a bit but the never do it don't now what up with me can any one help

I would have to question the fact that you want to test because you would have found a way to remind yourself if you did.

Most of us have phones that allow the user to set multiple alarms so why is remembering an issue?

Are you afraid of what the result will be? In a way I could understand that but you should be more afraid of what will happen if you don't get your blood sugar levels under control.

I was like this for a year....just test. My numbers are screwed because of my stupid denial. It's not worth it.

Make it an essential part of your meal routine - treat testing as your first course. You need both to test and to act on the results, unless you want to suffer potential unpleasant consequences down the line - getting yourself organised is a small price to pay if you want to ensure you keep your eyesight and feet in good nick.
