after a serious burnout back in march leading me going into hospital for DKA. I can safely say im a whole new person after that terrifying experience, i guess it was what i needed, since then im back to working out and eating properly and 9 times out of 10 my readings are normally below 8, id say with an average of 6.8. Id like to thank everyone who commented on my last few post giving me help and advice, and that im grateful for everyone who gave their time to reading what i had to say.
