I suppose its something you need to decide for yourself. Its the same with homemade mayonnaise, hollandaise sauce, eggnog, soft boiled eggs or icecream.
To be 100% safe you can buy pasteurized eggs or pasteurize them by yourself. Here is a website on how to do it

If you want a mousse without the egg simply melt a square of very dark choc and beat in double cream until you get a mousse like consistency .You can eat immediately or refrigerate

Bought chocolate.

Had a hypo on getting back from the shop.

Ate all the chocolate...

Been experimenting with the chocolate mousse. A dash of Baileys adds a boozy twist and not too many carbs . It says 6 per 25ml on the bottle but I probably used half that for the whole batch. I find this makes 3 smaller portions (plenty for me) which I top with whipped cream and a raspberry.
Next time I'm going to try adding a spoonful of coffee.. mocha mousse ?

Meat ( yeah...protein in general ..I'm screwed ) but I am eating it now. Mornings, studying, crowds, Phobias a-plenty including vomiting, flying, travel in general actual, crowds, the outside (lol)
