I haven't been posting for a while but I just wanted to say a very big THANK YOU to all over the last 2 years for the advice, support and uplifting words.
11 months ago my HbA1c was 12.9 hadn't been below 8 for many years, its been coming down gradually since thanks to carb counting. Many of the users here convinced me with hard work and a stubborn streak I could do this myself after my DSN told me the waiting list was 2 years in Bucks area.
One week ago HbA1c was 6.6, almost at the target of 6.1 but I'm so happy with that.
