Firstly I'd like to thank everyone on this forum who has posted there experiences as your info has been invaluable to me during my journey so far.. Bit of info,
I was unexpectedly dx t2 in Dec last year as doc decided to do bloods as I was in for a medical for a renewal of my driving licence. Low and behold A1c 58 and fbg 8.9 total shock as I never suspected or had symptoms. I've been lurking on this site over last few months filling my brain with as much info as possible and then decided after I got over the shock to try LCHF way of eating. Bought a monitor and tested tested tested. I got my 3 month blood results yesterday and that's why i joined today to thank this community. My A1c is down to 45, cholesterol and BP have also improved the only thing my my fbc is still 7 and would like to get it down further and hoping some of you on here may have some info/idea to help improve this and still have loads of other questions. Sorry for the long post. Thanks
