Diagnosed 3 weeks ago and i have only seen my GP once for diagnosis and have not yet seen the nurse. I bought a meter and i have read all the amazing info on this forum and posted a couple of questions. After 3 weeks of my meds and a low carb diet and 30min of brisk walking today i have my lowest reading and first time below 8. Im so chuffed! Many many thanks for all of you that take time out to give information to people like me, for your patience. everything i have learned i have learned from you.
