Thanks for that. That's about as clear as mud. What on earth are we supposed to do with that information. Do I have a coffee or should I have a tea instead? Maybe I shouldn't have coffee at all if I'm not going to properly commit to 6 cups a day, every day. You know what? I'm so confused by the contradictory information on this site that I think I might just carry on drinking the Gin instead.
